What to do on a temp assignment through Volare Recruitment

Congratulations! You have registered with Volare Recruitment and are looking to do a temp assignment through us. Of course, we know you want to do the best job you possibly can so to ensure your assignment runs smoothly, following is some important information.

Before starting your assignment, ensure you understand dress requirements of the company where you are about to do your assignment. As the saying goes, you are always better to be overdressed than underdressed.
Ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes early to your assignment on the first day. Allow plenty of time to get to your destination - don't want to be late on the first day!
On arrival, please call your consultant to let them know you have safely arrived at the assignment. (Jacquie 3018 0505, Emilene 3018 0515 or Nadine 3018 0509)
Ensure your mobile phone is switched OFF during your assignment - you can check messages during breaks.
Facebook, MySpace and Hotmail accounts are not to be utilised during your assignment.
If you are sick, please contact your consultant at Volare Recruitment immediately so we can inform our client that you will be unable to attend work.
Timesheets are to be completed by you and authorised by the client before faxing or scanning to your Volare Recruitment consultant. Please ensure you remember to put in your breaks and add up the hours correctly before handing it to your supervisor for signature. Timesheets must be received by COB on the Monday following your assignment, otherwise, you will not be paid until the following week.
If a client asks you to extend your assignment, please contact us immediately.

Download the Volare employee timesheet to automatically add up your hours. At the end of the week, simply print off to be signed and then scan or fax back to us.
